Hi Client charged 2nd time even if invoice is paid, Client paying using PayPal subscription. BUT In previous two months it was normal and charging only once per invoice. This is a continuation (fixes and enhancements) to my previous PayPal Subscription Canceller addon released a long time ago. This is also our first release of a software download, so if we've configured anything incorrectly within WHMCS, please let us know! PayPal Manager PayPal Manager is a WHMCS addon that provides some much needed (imo) additional functionality for those using the PayPal gateway. What does it do? PayPal Manager allows you to do the following: Automatically cancel customer PayPal subscriptions when they request a cancellation. Automatically cancel customer PayPal subscriptions when they upgrade or downgrade a product or service. Automatically cancel customer PayPal subscriptions when a member of staff modifies a customers product or service and the result is a change in the product or service price. Automatically refund duplicate client payments. Automatically suspend a service when a PayPal dispute/reversal is detected. Why is it needed? We've all experienced it; clients who have forgotten to cancel their PayPal subscriptions after they cancelled their service and are unhappy that they've sent money to you by mistake. With this addon, it should prevent your clients from temporarily losing money this way and also reduce support time spent addressing these complaints. Have you also experienced clients who have forgotten they've got an already active PayPal subscription with you and have paid their invoice manually, only to later realise a duplicate payment was sent via the subscription? We did too! This addon will also detect this and refund the duplicate payment if you wish. Want to help protect your business against PayPal disputes and reversals? This addon will allow you to automatically suspend services where a reversal or dispute is opened against you. It won't stop the reversal or dispute, but it will ensure that service is immediately disabled for the user. Requirements This module is ioncube encoded and was developed under PHP 5.4. Hello, I don't know you but I am getting often problems with PayPal subscription so my idea is to not use them anymore on getting payments. When I setup a billing cycle to be monthly, quarterly, semi-annual or annual how can I setup the billing to ask only for one time payments? So mainly I don't want the button "Subscribe" to show up. Hi, We want to cancel the paypal subscription upon termination. For that we will use this hook http://docs.whmcs.com/Hooks:AfterModuleTerminate and paypal api to cancel the subscription. Whmcs has a paypal module by default as you know. But we don't know how to use it with a hook?. Googled a lot, but not find anything helpful and also asked whmcs support, but no useful replies. Also the module is encoded as you know. So we searched for paypal sdk and got one. But the same thing here too, ie we don't know that how do we integrate the sdk in whmcs? Can we do it as a class? then how can we do?. Or Where do we upload this sdk?. We hope that any one can help us Thanks, Dixon Joseph.

Hi I am using WHMCS v6.0.1 upgraded from v5 on a Windows 2012 server. I have configured PayPal and Paypal ipn as per the WHMCS instructions/ video. With one difference I have the IPN URL posting to the Https address instead of the http one. I have a pre-existing subscription created outside of WHMCS. For this I set up a new product under the client. Payment method is PayPal and I have pasted the PayPal subscription ID into the Subscription ID field on the order screen. I have checked the subscription ID in WHMCS against the subscr_id value in the IPN message shown on the PayPal website. PayPal is sending an IPN notification and receiving a 200 response. I can see this when looking at the raw log files for the website that WHMCS is running in. However, the Invoice is not getting the payment (due date is the subscription pmt date) and when I look in the Gateway log nothing is showing. Any ideas as to what is going wrong? TIA Antony

Cancelling paypal subscriptions from WHMCS does not work, results in the following entry in the activity log: From the 6.0 release notes: http://docs.whmcs.com/Version_6.0_Release_Notes However, all of my paypal subscriptions, even those that were created after 2009 still start with "S". Anyone have this issue? I'm currently using the regular "PayPal" payment gateway as opposed to express checkout etc.
