  1. Hello, After the update of WHMCS to the new version 6.0.1, we are having problems of error on the emails. The emails are being imported to the wrong department. I send an email to suporte@namehost.com.br of suport's department. And at the tickets, it is presented on comercial department (comercial@namehost.com.br). I deleted all the departments and I created them again. The error persists. How can it be solved?

  3. After upgrading to Version 6 I get this error when trying to save 'General Settings'... Sequential Invoice Number Format Validation Error Only the auto-insert tags and the characters {}!@€#£$&()-=+[] are the special characters allowed. In the Invoice tab I have the Sequential Invoice Number Format set to, {YEAR} {MONTH} {DAY} {NUMBER} Can anyone help me solve this issue? Mick
  4. Hello, About 6 months ago we reported the automation features of WHMCS nightly Cron job is processing Hooks more than once. This was reported and confirmed as a Bug by the staff however the issue still continues and all our Hooks get processed two times per Cron run for many months. We were told this would be fixed shortly, but this issue still continues today. We did a search in the Bug area but could no longer find our old Bug post? Regards, Rdavis

  6. Adding payment to invoice via iWHMCS does not send confirmation via email. The option is enabled on the add payment screen but no email is sent when the payment is applied.

I'm not sure where I should ;ost these, but here are 2 big bugs I found in the latest update that are causing issues: 1) on the Promotions we have over 1200 promotions so it would be good to paginate and search. Currently there is just one long list, but this is cumbersome on the phone, and I worry if the list gets bigger it may crash the app. 2) When replying to a ticket, the window does not scroll and it cuts off part of the response. They keyboard gets in the way of the text if we are typing a long message. So that screen should scroll up as we type. Thanks for your continued good work~

  9. Hi since the latest upgrade to 5.3.8 I noticed in my admin cp both Recent client activity and recent admin activity the ip address column is blank and not recording an ip address. any fix for this issue thank you

As i was working on my custom report today i ran into an issue with one of my tables and after some work with tech support we confirmed it was a bug and they did a repair ticket for it, so that is already done and the fix is in the works. But this all came about because i happend to delete a group before i deactivated the slab a long time ago. You must do the slab first then delete the group. The result is that i have duplicate records now in my tblpricing table (about 75 of them) and the only way to fix it now is to manually delete them. if you need to know more let me know, i have some sqls you can run to check.. but the whole point of this is that YOU MUST DEACTIVATE SLABS FIRST THEN DEL THE GROUP and you wont have any issues. the case id for the bug ticket is CaseID 4721

I had created an email template (custom obviously), and I had an error in the template name, so I proceeded to delete it / remove it, I got notification that it deleted, however the email template is still there. Current WHMCS version: Version: 5.3.7 I did a hard refresh on the page (just in case), and that didnt help, Proceeded to delete it again... Still wont delete. Is this a possible bug ?

  14. when you try to delete a ticket with an Attachment, you will get an Error: Could not delete file: File path invalid. when you just try to delete the Attachment (just the Attachment not the ticket itself) you will get: Could not delete file: File path invalid. the Attachment is displayed and you can also download it but ur not able to delete it!
  15. There is fatal error after upgrade from 5.2.16 giving out below error when we go at any client service click " Upgrade/Downgrade" Button . Select Configurable options .   16. When you select any custom field in mass mail options, mass mailing fails, also email preview doesn't even work(syntax error). I've reported this issue on 29th Oct 2013. You confirmed it and opened case #3513. Its been months and it is still not fixed(still doesn't work on 5.3.3 version). I need a hotfix to resolve that. Support only says that it is going to be resolved later in 5.3 series and they says that I have to wait for updates and check changelogs for a fix. 1. We can't send important announcements to our customers. 2. We can't send informations about campaings to our customers. 3. We can't send email to spesicif customers for a server or something. They sometimes might be important things and MUST be emailed. Waited far too long for this bug to be fixed. When I see 5.3.3 is released, I was really happy because I thought that would be fixed. But still not resolved. Please issue a hotfix for this error. This is a critical issue and cannot wait for other upgrades. We couldn't even send "Heppy New Year" email to our customers. We must send information about their services etc.. Please, I believe releasing a hotfix for this won't take a lot of time for you. But this bug is giving us hard time for our work. Regards
  17. I've reported this bug: Case 3679 along time ago and the issue still persist. I have no way of tracking this case and don't even know if WHMCS had attempted to address this issue.
  18. Orders >> Pending Orders Click on the actual ID to see the order. At the bottom you have a bunch of buttons Accept Order, Cancel Order, Cancel/Refund, Set as fraud, Set Back to Pending, Delete Order The delete order button does not work.
