  1. @Grant S I understand what you're saying but I'm not too sure if it's the same thing. Your way that you mentioned sounds like WHMCS would still be my main website and WordPress a secondary website with links pointing back to WHMCS. The main domain should be on WordPress so mydomain.com and the billing portion on WHMCS so a sub domain would be created for whmcs portion example billing.mydomain.com Correct me if I misunderstood
  2. WHMCS is my main website and only website right now, I don't have a WordPress site. Not sure how I would turn WordPress in my main website. Is this process very technical? What is the con in doing this?
  3. Thanks for responding. Based on what I understand, someone was saying it's best to make WordPress my main website and setting up a subdomain specifically for my billing portal using WHMCS. This approach is said to streamline operations, as WordPress offers user-friendly content management and excellent SEO capabilities, helping to increase the site's visibility. I was told that separating the billing system onto a subdomain (e.g., billing.mydomain.com) can enhance security by isolating sensitive data and allowing for tailored security measures. If I could get some feedback on this, it would be great.
  4. Hey guys 👋 I'm interested in connecting my WHMCS website to WordPress because I heard it's better to do it that way, however I don't really know the full detail of why it is better to do it that way. Can someone please explain to me the cons and pros in doing this, to help me to make an informative decision?

  6. Hello

I'm trying to find a good WHMCS developer to take of some things on my website. Please any suggestion?

  7. Hello everyone I have a question: by default (no modification) If a customer purchases a one year package that he/she has been renewing for a few years but on their next renewal he/she decides that they want to renew for 6 months instead, in whmcs default mode would the customer be able to switch to 6 months on their own or would they need to contact support/admin to assist them with the switch?
  8. Hi guys! Can anyone tell if they have linked their hosting platform their PayPal personal account if they have experienced any issues collecting payment?
  9. thanks for your feed Thanks for the feedback. My concern is though, I'm not tech savvy so I will need their support to move my website and setting up all the things necessary for my website to function properly including DNS, white label etc. but they don't seem to be always available
  10. I would like to switch my reseller hosting to a different reseller provider. I have been looking into Domain Racer but I'm not sure if they would be a good choice, don't know if their service is reliable... Does anyone here uses Domain Racer? What are your thoughts on them?
  11. Need a reasonable developer. Need custom templates assigned to product group to be renamed and re-upload whmcs original templates. Only if necessary update/edit or re-do login status hook, add live chat, hide some billing cycle for initial signup and update product url with new promo code
