    Ah, I wasn't aware of that. That's a much better route than the one I suggested then.

    Fetch all of the departments from tblticketdepartments and then loop through tbltickets using the department id.

    What you might be able to do instead tho, is a hook that changes the "Domain" field to the dedicated IP when the module create action runs (since the domain field is added to invoices automatically).

    I don't think there's a way to do that, since you can't find the service id based on the invoice id as far as I know.

    Hey, Since I couldn't see anything about it in the documentation, I was wondering, is there a way to get the id of the service that is being upgraded? I'm hooking into OrderProductUpgradeOverride. Thanks!
