aha, yes. it says 'This site key is not enabled for the invisible captcha.". i did set it to "invisible" per the suggestion, but how can i change this if i cannot login?

@WHMCS John Thanks for the quick response. I do see these errors, see screenshot. But, even if it was a captcha setting, i cannot login to make any changes....I do have access to the cPanel, so can get access to the database (if that is helpful).

@leemahoney3 Hi, actually @Evolve Web Hosting helped me out through DM. It was old files that I had in my custom template that were causing the issue. They were files from when i built the custom theme 4 years ago. I had not updated them, and I had certain files in there that were not needed as it was drawing from a parent template. I did find it, i was looking in the r=wrong place... but found this file: 20d906d6016ced57ab72c824420135856cf4d18f_0.file.nav.tpl.php and this is what i see at line 55 also the whole file is 79 lines. if I cant figure this out today, I may ask you for further help Evolve Web Hosting. @Evolve Web Hosting Thanks, i thought 777 was no good, but thought i would try it. Back to 755. We are using a custom template, and the rest of the site/products works just fine. you can see it here: https://clientportal.uxmediahouse.com/store/websites I did a search in File Manager for nav.tpl.php:55, and did not see it. I also looked in our custom template dir, named "ux" and did not see a nav.tpl Sorry, but I am not sure how to tell if the cache is being cleared. There are a lot of files in this dir. here is an example...

Hi, I am confuesed as to why i cannot respond to my posts. I have some questions about this, and I will keep responding in this new thread of thats OK: Assuming you have read the above thread. I had to Re-Issue the SSL from Digicert. The client recived the Email and approved the re-ssie. Now what do i do? when i login to their account i see this: but i SAW this before the reissue. I assume i need to manually install the new Cert/Key, BUT that choice is greyed out here: Sorry for seeming like an idiot here, this is new to me. It seems like I am close as the re-issue is complete, but I dont know what the next step is to re-install the Cert & Key

Hi, I have a client that purchased an SSL through my Digicert App. But the techs cannot provide the Key, so i need to redo this. Preferably without being charge twice. Hi, every time I try to upgrade php to 8+ I get a 503 error on the site. I am running the latest version of WHMCS: "The update from 8.7.1-release.1 to 8.7.3-release.1 was completed successfully." but as i said, php8 and 8.1 give me a 503, any idea why i am having this issue? Isn't WHMCS compatible with php8+?

All my users always have to get in touch with me to update their credit card info. Wy cant they do this themselves? They do receive a notice that the CC is about to expire, but they cannot update the CC info. I saw an old post from 2019 that suggested "Disable credit card storage". But there is no option for that in the Stripe module in WHMCS. How can we get this working?
