  1. I have payments setup through Stripe. Other customers payments/charges are going through. I have one client that had an issue with the card being declined. We deleted and tried to add the card again but it says declined when he tries to add it. I also tried to add this card from admin manually, but it keeps saying card declined. The client address matches the address on the card. The card works fine ( he has purchased items with it as of today on other ecom systems) He checked with the card company, they say the card is active with no issues No idea why we cannot add the card...anyone know whats going on? Thanks!

  4. Hi, I have a client asking me to purchase an SSL and they sent a CSR. I have only had clients buy SSLs before and then had them installed automatically. Can I use my Marketplace service to accomplish this: https://clientportal.uxmediahouse.com/store/ssl-certificates the site above is ours of course. Just not sure what happens after I have the client make the purchase, as I have never been asked to make an SSL from a CSR .. this is what I am being asked to do: Use the CSR below and have a SSL certificate issue with the output for a Microsoft IIS server based on Windows 2012/2016I cannot not do this since this is requires someone with authority to authorize such things for The Employment Firm -----BEGIN NEW CERTIFICATE REQUEST-----MIIEcjCCA1oCAQAwgYIxCzAJBgNVBAYTAlVTMQswCQYDVQQIDAJDTzEPMA0GA1UE.... (this is just the first line of course)

  9. Hi, If I change the price of an existing service... will this effect existing customers as well? If so, is there a way to leave existing customers billing at the old price, but create a new price for new customers? Thanks, A

  12. HI All, I am having a weird issue. I have a client that needed an email change. I updated the email in "Profile Tab" and in "Users Tab" where there is only one user. I sent the new email for confirmation and also a pending invoice that needed to be paid. The client did not receive either. I Then used my personal email to troubleshoot the issue. I didnt receive either of these two emails. So... I am not sure why the emails are not sending or being received. Am I missing something? Other clients are receiving their emails...

  15. Hi, @evolve hosting Thanks for helping a newbie here.... Yes, bought through Market Connect. It is a GeoTrust QuickSSL Premium It has been issued & installed (i think - "Digicert Order Status says Pending") Do I need to do something else to install it? It still says the old cPanel SSL is being used. Sorry to be ignorant here, I have always used the FreeSSL. When I try to retrieve the certificate it says it has not been issued yet. Maybe I just need to wait?
  16. Hi, I just went through the Manual Configuration process to install a GeoTrust SSL for a client. Everything went well as far as i know, but this is my first time. So, Now I see "Order Status-Configuration Submitted". What happens next? The client was using the cPanel SSL. Am I looking for that to change? Do i need to do anything else? Thanks!
  17. @brian! Thank you! That was it.... I was missing the "store" css file.
  18. @brian! OK, closer, I swapped out all the files except for my CSS, and all is working fine. BUT the SSL pages is definitely a bit messed up. Large images, etc... not sure what is going on, but the buttons work, and customers can buy.
  19. Thanks @brian! The first issue is now fixed... AWESOME! but my SSLs are still not working, copying the contents of six to ux (my custom theme) breaks the layout and site completely. Any other ideas on how to get the SSL certs running again? I also tried all the settings for friendly urls, no luck there either.
  20. Hi, I did the upgrade to 8.x and all went well. A week or so later I am seeing an issue with the system tho... The Order Now buttons are not working. They just reload the same page. Take a look with the link below, it happens for ALL products. https://clientportal.uxmediahouse.com/store/hosting-packages ALSO, Ordering an SSL certificate results in a 404 - Unknown Route Path. Could this be related?
