Hello, I am getting below message after upgrading to WHMCS 8.1.1 & previously for WHMCS 8.1.0 & temporary solutions is replacing home/example.com/public_html/includes/clientareafunctions.php , this file from WHMCS 8.0.4, can anyone tell me why it's happening & what's permanent solutions for it! I am using thememetro croster theme that are based on "Six" & it's support latest WHMCS version as well. Oops! Something went wrong and we couldn't process your request. Please go back to the previous page and try again.   5. @JesusSuarz , thanks it's working fine with 8.1 . I think it should be a default function of WHMCS. Because every domain company need this function for their client.

  8. Hello, why i am seeing this kinds of error like: "Unable to build route path for store-ssl-certificates-competitiveupgrade" and it's not a single time but huge in my activity logs & logs become bigger & bigger due to this. Does anyone the solutions?
  9. @battles , click "Users" from client details page then "Action" dropdown & now you can see Password Reset option from admin panel. check attachment to be clear!
  10. Hi all, I found only 1 working way it is " you need to delete that user from phpmyadmin --->tblusers , however we need an option at admin panel that why we can delete them from "Manager Users" section after deleting from user profile.

  12. Hello all, I also notice this issue yesterday. After updating to whmcs 8.0.1 I opened two testing account & I deleted them by visiting client profile from admin area using "Delete Clients Account" but when i go to "Manage users" then i can see both of them are there & there have no way to delete them. Even if i try to reopen account using that email address then it's showing email already exits, kindly try using a new email. Does anyone found any solutions. Thanks.
  13. Hi Amr, your admin theme definitely great but as i before said via support ticket that your theme count all currency as USD not Any others currency. Like I have local currency BDT where 1 USD = 85 BDT today, if i sell $10 & 2000 BDT then your theme showing me todays sell is $2010, your theme/widget don't convert currency to main store currency or don't make any calculation between Dollar VS BDT. This is a problematic issues for me that why I don't use your theme right now, although i already have a license. Hope you will take care about this issues in near update. Thanks.

Hi icttech, If you face this redirect only for /store/website-builder /store/email-services This is the new changes of version 8, whmcs new url for this 2 services like below: /store/email-spam-filtering /store/weebly-website-builder So, if you before manually added your MC url then you can change them to new one or you can change MC new url to old url from "MC" product group setting page.
  15. I fill-up their reseller form 07.08.2020 & today is 11.08.2020 but still don't get any email from their end. Reply from Livechat: We have had quite a few reseller applications lately. Since it's an area that requires a lot of back and forth emails and careful review, we review them on a first come first serve model. I would like to ask you until 14th this Month - if you do not hear back from us by then - please reach out and we'll escalate it further up.
