  1. We are trying to remove your Lets get social addon, however I just get an invalid licence error. Trying to remove the folders vis FTP breakes WHMCS . Any chance of some help with this? Rgds Terry

  4. Hi, After I create a ticket it within WHMCS Support(your own support system) it no longer shows up in support? Problems? #LDJ-644032 For reference. Just opened this ticket, however it is not appearing under Tickets in your support area.

  8. But WHMCS doesn't allow moving due date forward a week to enable a customer to pay on due date via bank transfer and not risk losing his domain??? Or does it? We still lose customers due to this issue.
  9. We have exactly the same issue. I would be happy to pay for a solution as we regularly receive irate emails from customers who's domains have expired whil we wait for payment to be registered - exacly because they insist on paying ON due date.
  10. We have the same issue. We opened a ticket in support weeks ago, however support has been unable to provide a fix. We have had to resort to cranking out invoices by hand which is costing us a fortune in time and resources and has led to us now considering other billing software. If anyone has any ideas of how to fix this we would be most grateful, we are not relishing the task of moving...
  11. Generation of PFD Invioce details fail when details include international characters. Details just show's blank area. This is critical for us and our customers due to tax returns. Our support ticket opened at the start of December is being ignored(which seems to be the typical response for any of our serious issues with WHMCS lately).

  13. Hi, We register a lot of .no domains. As there is no .no registrar module we need to keep a handle on necessary renewal and registration notifications. We previously relied on the TODO list for renewal reminders but this seemed to not be informing us of all domain renewals. WHMCS Support instructed us to change to email as registrar module but this simply sends an email when a domain is renewed. After several different support personal telling us different conflicting things I figured I might get a more coherent response here. How can we keep control of our domain renewal and registration dates and generate TODO list entries for our admins to act on? Thanks in advance
  14. Well, we have had a support ticket open for weeks without reply, received contradictory support responses telling us one thing then another and generally poor response times over the past few months. Support used to be excellent. Now it is frustratingly bad.

  17. Posting here as I have given up on WHMCS Support. Just noticed that when our custmers are sent reminders for unpaid invoices they are sent reminders for the ammount minus tax: {$invoice_total} How can we change this to reflect total ammount including tax? Thanks in advance Terry
  18. I Know what I think. Support has been great for us up until a few weeks ago when it just seemed to grind to a halt... Now it's pathetic... A week to reply to a ticket is not what I call support... For a product with the profile of WHMCS it's an embarrassment and may well result in them losing our business if things don't pick up in very short order.

  20. The issue is not with emailing reminers but with the generation of invoices for 0.00 for bundled domains. Despite this being escelated at WHMCS we are still waiting for a solution, apparently they have no idea what is causing this behaviour.
