Store multiple Credit Card and Bank Account Pay Methods per Client! In WHMCS 7.8, clients can now store multiple Pay Methods for faster checkout. During checkout and manual payment of an invoice, clients can choose any stored Pay Method that is applicable (or create a new one) for that single payment. It's a critical feature, let us know your thoughts!

Server Sync Tool - The new way to keep servers in-sync and reduce dormant account usage

Server Sync is a new tool available in WHMCS 7.8 to help you identify accounts that exist on a web server that do not exist within WHMCS and vica-versa. This allows you to more easily identify and terminate old and unnecessary accounts on a web server, as well as ensure service records within WHMCS are up-to-date and accurate.

Maxmind offers a Device Tracking Add-on as a complementary part of their minFraud fraud checking service. It works by adding a small javascript code to your website which identifies each unique device accessing it, so even if a fraudster changes their IP address or uses a proxy, the device will still be recognized and can receive a higher fraud score if appropriate.
 

Today we are pleased to announce the release of an update to the WHMCS Live Chat & Visitor Tracking addon which includes updated chat widget themes, reduced load times for the visitor chat widget, and a number of bug fixes and general improvements.

It'd be super convenient if a total was shown for the various Products/Services, Domains, and other products!

I have a client with a TON of domains. Active, Expired, Transferred, etc... It'd be a real time saver, if those counts could be also be included within the appropriate section.  I realize that there's a total count up top, in the Products/Services box, but some of these pages and up becoming *super* long to scroll back and forth in.

When running a business we all experience abandoned orders or accounts that are overdue. These can cause the Active Client Count within our installations to be more than the actual number. Therefore, we would recommend using the following configurations within your installation to suspend and terminate any unwanted products, services, addons or domains.

When displaying your payment options during the final stages of the checkout process, the available payment gateway options are shown as text – in a number of different ways based upon the order form template being used. If we wanted to make this more attractive, we could replace the text of any or all of the gateways, with an image or logo, by editing the viewcart.tpl template within the active order form template.
