mrl14
I've noticed that accounts that WHMCS sets up doesn't have CGI turned on. I checked WHM and the package it is assigned to use has CGI checked off. Is this a bug or something configured on my end?
striddy
I checked WHM and the package it is assigned to use has CGI checked off. You have just answered your own question. Change the package in WHM to CGI on.
mrl14
LOL, checked off as in there is a checkmark in the box. It is configured properly in WHM. But WHMCS is disabling it for some reason.
mrl14
Matt, This is a pretty serious bug for us. I know my packages in WHM are setup with cgi checked. I've had no issues with modernbill in the past or new accounts created in WHM. Any new account I setup in WHMCS, does not enable CGI on predefined packages. Please let me know what I can do to assist you in fixing this. Thanks
