Minimun invoice value on overages

Recommended Posts

hello

is there a way to have a minimum invoice value on overages billing, i just had invoices raised for 62cents and 87 cents, which is a waste of time really. Is there any way to set a minimum order value so overages does not bill under say $5?

thanks

Ian

It would be good to have these sort of small amounts including ones from package upgrades put into billable items instead of generating a separate invoice. That way the client would be billed on their next normal invoice date.

Maybe this thread could be moved to feature requests.

I would also like to see this feature.

I've disabled the overages feature because it takes me less time to manually generate invoices for the significant overages than it does to cancel all of the under $2 invoices and then email each customer to explain. (more professional too)

I also have this problem and I think that the best way to solve it is to be able to generate the billable item with default "Invoice Action" -> "Add to User's Next Invoice"

So for example,

On a hosting account that will be invoiced "lets say" in 4 months from now, and overused 10MB of disk space last month I am 90% sure that next month he will be overusing 15MB and so on...

My control panel send him an email notice about overusing disk space... But I really don't like to send to the costumers invoices for 0,15€...

So why not adding all the generated billable items on his next invoice? :)
