bluesteam
Hello, I just imported all my client data from clientexec using the import script provided by whmcs and found that everything seems to have imported wonderfully except for the domain price for every account. The domain has been added to the client's account but it says 0.00 in the "First Payment Amount" and the "Recurring Amount" text boxes. Is this correct? Will the recurring invoice still have the correct amount on them when they get sent out? BlueSteam
JofleyUK
You can do one or two things, you could drop a ticket in and see if Matt will write a custom CE import scripts, or you could enter them in manually. What WHMCS says in the recurring box will be what the customer is charged on the next renewal date.

bluesteam
Ok, so this is what I did. I ran in the following query to update all my clients: update tbldomains set firstpaymentamount = '14.99', recurringamount = '14.99' where domain like '%.com' I just modifie the .com to whatever domain tld I had and changed the price accordingly. They all seem to be fixed but I would apprecaite someone from support to confirm whether this is ok or whether I missed something.
