A client sends a ticket.

At the bottom I see

I need to remove the above because whenever I respond to a client I need to manually get rid of this extra line

how to remove that part because I know I can respond .....

Admin emails are not customisable, so you would need to remove it before replying

can't I find it in the system and remove it some ? how becuase it is very inconvenient

any filter or some thing? imagine every ticket has that and some times I forget

this is really a trouble. what other guys doing? It does not seem logicall that you can not remove it . Is it hard ?

Some people change their admin directory for securiy reason and this link reveals your admin directory .

We always login to WHMCS to respond, replying via email and having the previous response on the bottom just looks terrible.

can't do it in our case because our host for whmcs is offshore so the login is slow and we want to keep it offshore. we have a headache now
