Multiple Languages and Email Templates

Hello:

 

We operate two brands in two countries that have different languages. How can I configure WHMCS to send particular email templates (invoice generation, late notices, welcome messages, etc.) in one language for one group of clients, and in another language for another group of clients?

I just discovered the "Add Language" option at the bottom of the email templates page. It's easy to overlook. That works for me!

I add the spanish version of email templates and translate all them, but the emails still are sent in english. (and I have Spanish as default language in the main configuration)

You need to enter the Spanish translation in the "Default Version" email template.

Why is there add language on bottom of email templates if that doesnt work and I have to actually overwrite english default email templates ?

You need to enter your default language in the "default version" text area. You can activate English as a second language and copy the English version into there if you like.
