hello .. from features listing template was very interesting but when I get to your page which as u say is using template I have one question. Where is actually some design ? I expected visually stunning ready to use template but I dont see actually any design .. no graphic,basicly no layout, top icon based menu is very small - I cant even read how many items in cart. Well maybe template is really powerfull by used technologies and possible features but actually for me missing certainly one thing and its design itself - because there is basicly not any. I dunnol maybe u take it like everybody have to actually design it hiomself - bring pictures, change colors, change fonts etc... but than Am missing point to call it real template - most people buy templates because its really "ready to go " quickstart packege which simply include everythiong including graphic with PSD sources so people only change texts, and thats it. At least all templates I boiught ( I bough really alot pof templates for various platforms) was like that... Sorry dont want to wreck your for sure hard work u spent on that and really responsibility and features are quite interesting but maybe isnt bad idea hire an designer to give your template design... Anyway good luck with sales and .. please dont take my words wrong way - just expressed my point orf view..

HI thanks for a tip - gonna look to that. I was warned by google that sent me email my site was added as banned site because of a phisching script installed. Than google also sent warning to hostgator (my host) where their security admin removed phising script from my site (unfoirtunately they also removed alot of staff which were not malicious) Im running whmcs from joomla using jwhmcs integrator. From logs seems that no logins were compromised so most probable way how they get in was some joomla vulnerability in 3rd party joomla components installed - by my gues that was TP whois which served as domain lookup from joomla which I removed now. I changer logins and installed firewalls in joomla aswell as banned some countries and continents in htaccess so hope thia wont happen again.. Now IM trying for way how to check files if there is not something installed I overlooked and this is impossible to do manually. There is a script for joomla which check all files for changes cnd compare them with a original version from joomla site so I though if there is something similar for whmcs... your tip seems promising for file comparsion. Thanx for that. ANy other recommendation or tips are welcome

Hi fellas, I really go crazy from nameservers....I dont know what to do. 1) I have my hosting reseller account with hostgator which users their unbranded nameservers ns.websitewelcome.com 2) I have different reseller account for domains than hostgator Now I wanna that my clients will have and use my custom name servers ns.mydomain.com instead of ns.websitewelcome.com The problem is my registrar does not offer creating own name servers - they recommended me to do what I need via cname but i have no clue how or what to do and whats difference betweeen using real name server and do that using dns/cname - hostgaor techs told me this is not recommended but don know why. ANd once more again I dont know even how to setup that cname correctly so it will work ... thx in advance for all help

well I think you just need get sort of customer service attitude and experience how handle customers properly - not everybody have this attitude - I knmow many programmers who are very good at coding but at customer managemet, service and support they are very bad as they simply never did it so they have to achive some experience to provide proper customer service or hire people to do so. So dont be angry from some of posts... level of support and kindness of developer is always on par with module quality even greatest module best coded module can be totally killed by bad support but I see you getting better so keep this way and everything will be fine. I have different business as main for my living and Am asked sometimes very dull and nonlogic questions and some people even ask me several time again and again about stuff I thought I already explainted but thats the life I have to be always friendly, understrandable and hide my emocions and I try give polite answers even most unpolite cistomers I have... only this way is possible run business in right way ...sometimes also my customer is not my cup of tea and his behaviour to me is not good but I have always smile and keep perefectly supporting even such customers... thats business ...those who dont like accept this screw their business very soon so if somebody cant get over it than have to stop making business and get employed somewhere... my2 cents

is this module encrypted or have some permanent cylclic home calls for license validation?

encoding mods and home calls are practically useless as it make most potentional customers angry - 95% of people who want use your mod seriously will buy it and not use any warezed version, those who play with warez are mostly childs and after component is encrypted they just move on.Event people who use some warezed version will buy it when they go serious with their business. WHats the point - you are scared that your mod will be misused on more domains or whats the point. By encoding and several restrictions you apply your result is only that if affect serious buyers and you loose half of potential customers. I dont mind encryption and license validation home calls for product by big companies where I can feel at least a bit safe. If a product is from very small company or a single programmer release software encrypted and license validation with mod lock when module cant validate license is crazy. Even if you assure us you have 100% secure , reliable , powerful and backed up servers you never know what can actually happen to you. WHat if you die tomorrow (sorry to say that , I do wish you good and long life) but you never know. If this happen your validation server goes down soon, mod cant validate liocense , get blocked itself and all your customers gonna be screwed as because of encryption they cant reenable modue and cant continue use it any more. Many people dont realize how risky is actually buying encrypted and license validation equipped mods from tiny companies or single programmers unless they are aware that they gonna be lifetime dependent on programmers good health... This happened to me already twice. Programmer died (last one was very good programmer with super support) and his server went down, application locked itself and I have to bring down whole site as I was unable to unlock application because of encryprion - loosed many members on my site..... just my 2 cents... otherwise your application is very promising, but unfortunately no way I buy it encrypted with remote home calls .... its simply too riskey... If you can prove you have an established known company with 50 employess it can be different story throught...

Module you download straight from internet.bs is better as it contain a few files for ability to also register couple of more domains like .eu .it and couple of others. This is not included in module bundled with whmcs - so if you need register .eu go with module from internet.bs site Ps: yes the renewal part is a bit trick - its only thing I dont like on internet.bs a no need for that sort of tricks I think as renewal price is still good (not superb throught...) , domain management is great, support is fastest I have seen on domain registrars and free privacy maybe good for somebody too but I personally dont use privacy anywhere as its kinda risky in moment if registrar becomes bancrupt ...

Thanks guys for recommendation - SOme of hosts have indeed excellent prices - especially lik free dedicated ip and ssl for resellers and also private nameservers are cool - for same price I dont have that with hostgator. Only drawback I see is none of that hosts have support chat - some have chat but onli sales. Im using HG chat very often. Also do you know about some good hosting for resellers located in europe ? My clients are european so having server in US is not very suitable for speed issues... thanks in advance for more tips...
