JPeachey
I need some help setting up the pipe for support tickets, I did an upgrade and all of a sudden they stoped working when a email is sent to support@mydomain.com a ticket is not created, and it used to work if you feel like you can help me, please add me to msn, jason_peachey@hotmail.com and I will give you access. Thanks in advance,
eseelke
It should be pretty easy, just login to your control panel at http://www.jasonpeachey.com:2082/ Click on Forwarders Click on Add Forwarder Add the email address in the first field Select the button that says "Pipe to a Program" Enter "|/home/username/public_html/whmcs/pipe/pipe.php" make sure the change username to your sites username. If it needs to change permissions, let it. Hope this helps.
