I'm also experiencing this same error, but I have no umlauts in those fields.

Is there a fix for this, even if it's quick & dirty?

Though, some of my clients may have umlauts in their names, but I tested with my own credentials, which don't have any.

The error message isn't saying much, either.

I noticed that I only get this problem when using Pleskreseller (in both the product and in server settings).

Haven't gotten past the template errors when using 'Plesk' as the module.

I should be using the Pleskreseller though (as far as I know?) as I'm only providing hosting (I'm the admin and the reseller) for clients, right?

Here's a screenshot of the client details (their mine, blurred some specific parts out):

I'm settings the State statically on the order form to N/A, that can't be it, can it? As I already tried setting it up to Unknown without much any difference.

The test domain in question is merikaarron-siltagrilli.net, so nothing weird there either.

Am I right in assuming, that if I would've entered umlauts in the order form, it'd result in this? So I'll have to implement an umlaut check myself, which'll convert ä to a, ö to o and such?

Thank you for your time and patience, all the help is gladly appreciated!

Well, I figured out a way to get my business going.

Since I'm offering shared hosting, I just switched over from Pleskreseller to the Plesk module and used the client & domain templates, boom, works just fine, so case closed in my case. :)
