Hi all. Iv set up a client group that I would like to have communications sent to with a different logo. Is there an easy way to do this as im not too clued up on php. Also, how does the client get to see the discount before the invoice is generated as it would apear the discount has not been given? Thanks James

Hi All Im not sure if I have done this correct. I have 5 support departments and have setup all the email address as support@(mydomain).co.uk. If I email support@(mydomain).co.uk the ticket ends up in whmcs, this is fine as that what i would like but how do choose a default department that all tickets should go to if the customer uses the email address instead of picking a department from the support front end. Have I just missed somthing? Thanks James

Hi All I have seen many posts about people wanting custom reports but nothing ever seams to come of it. Where would the best place be to do this be? Im not that great with code. Im looking for a custom report that would print me the customer along with notes added to their ticket. The purpose of this is for the manager to review ticket notes and decide what needs to be billed and what is part of the support contract. We log the work carried out in the notes section of the ticket. Thanks James

Hi All Followed exactly but still not working. The mail account gets the email but its not getting forwarded onto the ticket system. Here is the forward that cpanel says its going to : |/home/nolimit/public_html/support/pipe/pipe.php Any Idea's? Thanks James

Hi All Iv been testing iWHMCS. Its good. Just one thing im stuck on tho. Iv been testing everything so have now deleted all demo invoices etc etc but iWHMCS is still showing all the income figures. How do I remove this? Thanks James

Hi, at the moment the code is "To login, visit {$whmcs_url} " That displays the full url but no link. What do I need too add to it to make it a link? Thanks James

Hi all When a welcome email gets sent, down at the bottom it says "To login visit.. then just prints my site domain name. There is not hyperlink. Any idea how to fix this? Thanks James

The reason i like using Frontpage is you can view the file as it would be seen live, then click to the code page, or even have the page split into half code and have as it would look. It was working fine so not sure why it has changed. Does Dream Weaver work like that, @gs-liam?

Hi all I have been using frontpage to edit and create tpl files. Sometimes it opens them fine so that i can switch between Design and code tabs but with others it converts to almost text. I played with the options but nothing seams to work. Anyone got any idea's? Thanks James

Thanks. but thats a bit of messing around. I'll have to remove it from homepage.tpl and the side menu. I guess i'll have to do the same for other options like affiliate, Announcements etc etc. Is there not a way to just disable them as it might just be a short term thing?

Hi all. Im new to all this so trying my best to find way around. Im having a problem setting which welcome email should be sent depending of the package that is ordered. Example.... if im seeling a certain package where the site is managed by us, i dont want them to get the welcome email that includes cpanel login details. Now i'v created my own email template that i can send them manually but cant find a way for it to auto send on creation. Any idea's ? Thanks James
