Tarki
Hi all, I set up my WHMCS a while back but I haven't actually used it until recently. I'm having a problem with orders not being accepted. The accounts are being created in WHM by WHMCS, but in WHMCS they're still listed as pending. How can I set up auto-approval? Thanks!

Tarki
That setting is already selected. WHMCS does create the account, it just doesn't send out an email and accept the order. I have to manually accept the pending order, and then send out the welcome email. Could it be because there appears to be an error whenever an account is created? This is what I see in WHMCS under recent activity: Running Module Create on Order Then two minutes later: Module Create Failed - Service ID: 59 - Error: (Curl Error) Operation timed out after 150000 milliseconds with 0 bytes received - code: 28 I did a google search on it but apparently I'm the only person in the world to get this error.
WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted August 9, 2009 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted August 9, 2009 This means that your server is taking longer than 150 seconds to create an account. WHMCS times out, notes the error down and the account stays as pending for manual verification.
Tarki
Hmm, that doesn't sound good. Perhaps a fresh install of WHMCS will solve it?
sparky
A fresh install of whmcs will not fix the issue. curl error 59 is an ssl_cipher error - Couldn't use specified cipher. You probably also have set in your whmcs server settings to connect via ssl - try unticking that option. That will still not fix the problem completley as you should probably be checking openssl or your ssl certificate that is installed on your server.
