meechp123
I see that GoDaddy.com isn't listed as a Domain Registrar, can someone shed some light on why or why not? Thanks!

WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted August 8, 2009 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted August 8, 2009 We did take a look, but they charge extortionate fees to their users to use the API, charge developers to integrate it & the demand just didn't justify it.
MyLama
IMHO - grab the free ENOM account. We've been using ENOM for years (before we started with WHMCS) and the API is great, along with domain management features. I also can't stomach GoDaddy's mix off marketing with included features in the UI. Hard for customers to tell what they have and what requires an upgrade.

Also go daddy has a habit of getting you to pay for your domain to be renewed and then release the domain to be registered by others and then just ignore your request for explaination and just point you in the direction of ICANN, who tell you to sort this out with the new registrant or use one of their agents to file a dispute (cost $1,500 USD), so go daddy know that no one is going to go this route, so they hide behind this.
