WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted August 7, 2009 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted August 7, 2009 Please be more descriptive; in what way are they not working? Have you assigned your admin to all support departments?

nhouck
Run cron job on command line and see what error it spits out. Double check the proper credentials are used in your support department group for connecting to your email server if you are using the pop option.
interneers
If no command line, put your email in cron jobs in advanced box in your cpanel, the option is in either of the standard or advanced(unix) pages, so all output is sent to you.
