now tickets awaiting reply is 177, only 5 tickets showed in the ticketing system. but in dbase it have 100+ entries.

no, everything Imported Successfully, right now home page show 4 pending ticket but only 1 ticket in ticketing system (thts a genuine one)

Am experiencing a weird problem. When I check home page of whmcs admin panel it show that there is 300+ support tickets pending. But when I click on that nothing found there. So I take phpmyadmin to check with the dbase and found 300+ records in table “tbltickets” I deleted all those records manually and now homepage showing 0 pending tickets. But the next day i found another 60+ pending tickets. I thought upgrading will solve this problem and I had upgraded to latest version but still the same problem continues.

I had used 2 currencies for a long time, now i think about deleting one the currency, i mean, am fed up with currency conversion so i need only USD in the whole system. So is there any easy way to delete the other currency. Now when i try to delete it, it giving me an error that it’s currently used by some clients, manually editing each one is really hard. Any other way to change all the users to USD and change all the products price to equivalent USD

i cant find email template for new account information .. and how can i send that manually ..

am also getting this error sometimes ..mainly manual order ... and i dint find any email template to send account details ? .. if someone request account information .. how to send it ??

oopzzz i downgraded ... 4.1.1 to 4.0.2

i had upgraded to latest 4.0.2 , done everything correctly .. deleted the install folder .. then press click here to go to admin area .. but it showing this error msg Down for Maintenance An upgrade is currently in progress... Please come back soon...

actually i had forget to add cron jobs ... and my support ticketing system work fine .. but recently i add cron jobs in cpanel .. and now no ticket is issued .. no mails are fetched from email ...

ok thanks ... i tried this ... but when i do this ..thr is lot of confusion ... first i renew his domain for 2 years .. it worked, but it not show any change in real domain and ya it showed me a msg tht i need to do this manually, then i did for 1 more year .. and then it sowing domain for 1 year .... not for 3 years .. wht ever .. at last i did everything manually .. and changed the date and all .. so everything fine now ... i guess i just dont understand it yet
