The first thing people are going to do is check gstefanou.com, and realise it's neither hosted by, or registered with you.

What's the point?

We don't own that website so why would people be checking that website?

That's our customers one :)

Awesome job. Really.

Oh, and then there's this:

Copied, word for word, and not edited to match his site except for the business name. I especially like this bit: "The laws of the State of California and the United States of America apply." when it refers to a UK company.

Wow.

A question for those of you in the UK.

Are UK businesses meant to display some type of business registration number or VAT numbers on their site(s)? Can't see any such thing on cybernet's hosting or software selling sites.

If you are a registered business, yes.

You are also required by law to display full address and contact details on your site.

Phone number and email address is not sufficient.

Wow.

I suggest for TOS he should speak to his own DC or root host as they will allow him to use their TOS as it will refer direct to the server he is on.

VAT Registered and Limited company's are required by default to display that information.

Sole Traders and non ltd companies dont need to show it apart from the contact details from the compan.y

Banners and page content updated...

Copied items removed... :)

One major concern, your terms of service are not available to view to anyone considering hosting with you, so prospective clients dont know what is allowed or not allowed etc before decided.

This would turn me off hosting with you as i like to know what i am signing up to and rules i have to abide by before deciding.
