Hey Everyone

Hey everyone,

As mentioned in the newsletter I am one of the new members of support staff here at WHMCS, so I thought I'd drop by and introduce myself!

I'm probably better known as 'chickendippers', but that persona is going into retirement in favour of this one. My primary role is to answer support tickets, and for the past month that's what I've been doing, but now I've been released upon the public I'm hoping to maintain my activity levels here on the forums as well as updating the Wiki as necessary.

The eagle-eyed among you may have noticed a new selection of video tutorials. Those were recorded as a direct result of community feedback, if there's demand for more then I'll happily record some.

I'm looking forward to maintaining WHMCS' reputation for great customer support. See you around!

Hay, John, so you're finally being paid for what you used to do for free?

Hope you don't charge "by the ticket"! ;)

In case you can't find enough enough to keep you busy, I hear that there's a heap of info in the forums, that people couldn't be bother postiing in the WIKI. I'm not suggesting thta you do it yourself. Just send everyone that's posted, a message to post in the WIKI themesleves. After the 20th email, they'll remeber to make the post, just to stop the stream of messages.

Hi John, sorry to be a ghost, but you've already saved me money.

As you suggested, I checked out the new tutorials and noticed something that I hadn't completed

On the Support department tutorial, it reminded me to go back to admins and add in the new support departments.

Suddenly there were 6 tickets waiting for me that I didn't know about (all important). Well doone on poiting out the tutorials. Now I better go back and check them all in case I've mised something else really important
