How do you rate WHMCS ?

Personally I think it is great.

Not exactly true. You may have tried it and not liked it, you may be "this" close to ditch'n it, or on the other hand, you may be like me and love it.

Honestly each package has its ups and downs.....

 

If someone were smart enough they would troll the forums and see what people are asking for from each distro and create the "Perfect" system

I have noticed that some things I consider to be a "bug" are apparently done by design as a "feature". I'm not sure it would be possible to create a "perfect" system that would be viewed as "perfect" by all.

Completely agree. I've tried practically every package there is (and was), and feel this one does everything I need, reliably and without my having to baby sit much at all. Can't knock that.

I moved from another billing system to WHMCS because it had some important capabilities that I needed and had been waiting a LONG time with my other billing system, and still not available.

 

But WHMCS is also missing some features I had in my other Billing system that isn't in WHMCS, that I didn't realize how useful they were until I do not have them any longer. These are the kind of features that cuts way down on time you spend working "in" your business, and the owner of the business should be working "ON" their business. Hopefully these very important extras will be added to WHMCS soon.

 

Overall I really like WHMCS.

We use WHMCS for all our Billing and Support for Web Hosting, Media Streaming & Dedicated Servers it is great. I really cannot fault WHMCS, the product is great and so is the support.

 

Keep up the good work WHMCS!
