Same problem here. The cron task was working fine without missing a beat for the past year until I upgraded to v3.8.1. Now it seems to hang and I've not got emails for the past few days.

I've now switched off 'Update Usage Statistics' and it's working again. Did something change in this ?

Having issues here as well. Cron worked fine until I updated to 3.8. The cronjob does seem to run because invoices are generated, but I do not get the email every morning anymore.

I downloaded a new cpanel module and will wait until next cron run to see if that fixes it. Supposedly it should.

I also have another issue where the databases are not being transferred to a remote FTP anymore. The last successful delivery was on November 16. It just stopped all of a sudden.

Hi Zoilodiaz,

For what ever reason the cron is taking longer to complete. Placing these in your .htaccess file (if a shared server) will fix this issue. If this is a dedicated server, edit the values in php.ini.

max_execution_time 400

php_value memory_limit 64M

I have ran my cron job 6 times and 6 times I have received my daily activity report and all appears well.
