Affiliate Email Report Issues

Is anyone else having affiliate email report issues?

My affiliate email reports are going out and in the "Your New Signups This Month" table which shows their signups/referrals it creates the cells but doesn't populate them with anything.

ie {$affiliate_referrals_table} isn't being populated with information.

It creates the table, and headings, but no data.

Also, it ALWAYS says at the bottom, 'No Referral Signups', when they obviously have.

Anyone else have this issue or am I missing something?

We had the same today. We upgraded from 3.6.2 to 3.7.1 in September and the first monthly referrals report since the upgrade went out this morning... with the same information you describe.

Anyone found a fix for this or is it time to raise a support ticket with whmcs? :-)

Hi,

Thanks for replying.

I did the same, (re the upgrade), however, when I look back this doesn't appear to be a 3.7.1 upgrade issue. It appears to have been there previously. can you check yours and let me know?

Ah, you are indeed correct. Sorry about that... this is the first time we have run a monthly report on the affiliates.. we started using whmcs only 3 months ago.

For some reason I thought we had run the email report before, but it seems I was micing up the 'on page' report with the email report. The on-page' report still works fine.. just the emailed one is 'blank' so to speak.
