  1. My Host provider recently moved accounts to a new server but the accounts are scattered across multiple IP Addresses. So I can't put the IP Address in Welcome emails as the IP Address will be different to that of the IP Address in my Server Settings. Does anyone know of a way or a hook that will get the IP Address for each account and load it into the account profile.
  2. Hi Why does it ask for CVV when it records the data then?
  3. Hi This has been happening to mine as well. I am on a 3GS with iOS5. Initially when I did the update I was running WHMCS 4 - silly me should have read the instructions first ... but now I have updated ti WHMCS 5 and it still crashes. I will be reporting this through the support channels so to assist Matt getting it sorted.
  4. I am getting this too, although only with the Closed listing. My localisation was not set to utf-8 but I have done so now. Like I say, Open, Answered, In Progress all work ... just Not the Closed listing
  5. Just downloaded the iWHMCS application and have so far found the application to be great and I look forward to improvements over time. When I view that Support ticket Summary of the Answered Tickets it has the word 'Array' instead of the clients name. At present I have two tickets in the Answered Tickets and one of them has the details (this was done in WHMCS) while the one without was replied to in iWHMCS. When I then go and look at the actual ticket, no name is in the details, nor is there an email address for the client. The ticket completed in WHMCS does have the details. When I look at WHMCS ALL the information is in the ticket. It is is also not possible to assign support tickets that have not been allocated to a user automatically.is this a bug or a feature that has been overlooked?
  6. Thanks for the tip. Much appreciated.
  7. Hopefully I don't confuse people with this one but here we go. When a product is coming up for renewal, WHMCS creates and sends and invoice out to the client detailing the product and when it is due - for the moment let this be invoice number 1. Other invoices are also sent out to other clients - let us say up invoice number 10. Now, if the client who received invoice number 1 doesn't pay immediately - say he pays after three other clients have paid - his invoice number will change to 4. How can I get it so that the invoice number when created and the invoice number when paid remain the same. Why? because it is easier to track from an accounting perspective when I add it to my offline accounting system. Thanks
  8. Thanks Sparky ... your probably right on that.
  9. I had this issue also and got this message when I displayed the errors. Fatal error: Smarty error: [in emailtpl:emailmessage line 7]: syntax error: unidentified token ';' (Smarty_Compiler.class.php, line 1410) in /home/******/public_html/includes/smarty/Smarty.class.php on line 1093 I can't seem to locate the file that it refers to ... Help
  10. Thanks. I will do that. It would be good however, to have it based on a customer preference as oppossed to an across the board setting.
  11. When I add some billing items and then have the invoice created, it selects the payment option as PayPal. How can I have it automatically select Bank Transfer? The other option is to have the ability to set a default payment option on a customer basis. ie I could set customer 1 to default to Bank Transfer while customer 6 and 7 might be Paypal.
  12. When I attempt to upgrade - within a test environment on my Mac - I unstuff the files into the appropriate directory. But when I look at the permissions, they are 777 (folders) and 755 (files). If I load them to the server, they will not be functioning correctly as I run on suPHP. So, I need a script to go through and recursively alter the file permissions on my local test environment before loading to the server for upgrading. I found a script - but it doesn't appears to work. Any thoughts? System Info: MAMP Pro PHP5 Max OS X Alternatively ... a script that will be able to change the permissions on the cPanel Server ... PS... This is the PHP error PHP Warning: chmod() [<a href='function.chmod'>function.chmod</a>]: Operation not permitted in
  13. PS ... I have looked back and this started for me around December 2008. Not sure what version I was using at that time, but I do update pretty much as soon as a new release comes out.
  14. This is happening to me also. I thought it was just me ... I am running 3.8.2 at the moment and have been running whmcs for about 12 months. On looking back, the blanks have been there a while.
