Invoice paid, but still marked as 'unpaid'

Hey I posted a thread in the bugs section but I guess it's not a bug.

I have just upgraded to 3.6.2 last weekend and ever since then my invoices when paid up by my clients thru paypal it never gets marked as 'paid' but remains in the summary as 'unpaid'. I had to manually add payment which can get tiresome with multiple invoices.

Can anyone please help out here? I tried looking for options in the configurations but found none.

  • 4 weeks later...

My gateway logs stopped after the upgrade :(

I already contacted my host to disable mod_sec

Where can I see this callback setting in paypal? I've looked everywhere

(it's strange that I don't get emailed when someone posts here, subscription is on)

my host just messaged me back:

The issue is not with the paypal setup of the server. Please check :

[root@element ~]# grep paypal.php /usr/local/apache/domlogs/pinoguin.com

66.211.170.66 - - [23/Sep/2008:03:32:37 -0500] "POST /clients/modules/gateways/callback/paypal.php HTTP/1.0" 404 301 "-" "-"

Paypal is posting just fine to the server but your folder permissions are causing 500 errors on the script.

SoftException in Application.cpp:544: Directory "/home/elijah/public_html/clients/modules/gateways" is writeable by group

[Tue Sep 23 05:14:00 2008] [error] [client 72.36.213.242] Premature end of script headers: /home/elijah/public_html/clients/modules/gateways/callback/paypal.php

I will post back the results when a client pays again.
