Hi, I've recently tried an integrator for collabtive that copies usernames and passwords and syncs them together. Collabtive is a project management tool btw, but we have spotted something added into the whmcs user password hash (salt?) which is probably why any attempts to bridge whmcs users may be too difficult because I understand ioncube protects the code here... How exactly can this be done?

Is the main developer still with this? I've signed up for a free trial, I don't see any download links at all.. Also their website is dated 2008-2009, where is datahosts??? I'm sorry to see this in a downed state, I really needed this plugin : (

Hi, I have an existing whmcs installation with existing orders, invoices, etc. and I would like to clear all records except for clients and their packages/domains for this year. Is this safe to do? will this end their subscription somehow?

I just wanted to see the experiences of others who have already tried it out.. did you have an increase in customers? were there problems with the addon? does it leave too many packages in whm cpanel?

Same here, I tried 300dpi and the image quality is still ugly. And why does it still resort to the 'your logo here' when it could've just used the main logo field in the general settings? The image quality is bad enough and I just had to keep updating the logo.jpg each time I upgrade which is quite a chore.

I see, it would be great to be able to pay per upgrade instead of the yearly one. Thank you for answering my question.

I already posted that my upgrades/updates has expired. I could not download anymore updates and do it myself.

I had to pay out $44.95 annually for those upgrades & whmcs support, but I found your upgrade service costs $12.95 one-time. I may just need to upgrade once. Can I do this? and how many times do you release an update/upgrade per year?

Ver. 3.7.2 I put some notes in the invoice and the pdf reveals & a m p ; instead of the actual ampersand character.. this may be a possible problem for other symbols too. Add to that the the last line of text gets stretched out somehow *screenshot attached*

Hi, All other languages except for the Russian language doesn't work in the support tickets, my client had to email me that instead, the russian chars are not displayed but instead the code is displayed.. what could be the problem here? Elijah

A client is concerned that his address details is not passed on to the paypal receipt, but all info is already there in his profile at whmcs, the whmcs invoice reveals that too. It's the transaction details in paypal that is only missing that field. I've been researching some threads and found this http://www.paypaldeveloper.com/pdn/board/message?board.id=basicpayments&thread.id=22581 , which is somehow related to paypal upgrading something the past months. Is this related? is this something my client or myself can fix? I found no other fields unfilled here...
