smithereenz
submitted a support ticket... hopefully it will be something simple
Gears
We are having the same issue. However, it seems to me that some spammer sends mail to our support addresses, then the WHMCS auto-reply is sent out. But the spammer's address is not valid for whatever reason, so the mail is not delivered. Therefore, we get notice of the delivery failure from the Mailer Delivery System. (About 15 emails per incident)
WHMCS Developer WHMCS Andrew Posted April 2, 2008 WHMCS Developer Share Posted April 2, 2008 There is nothing we can do to stop spammers I'm afraid. You can setup the SPAM rules in WHMCS or just disable the email template in question from being sent out at all.
