Is there a way I can have unique Meta Description and Keywords tags in my Header.tpl file for each page? So my homepage.tpl will be different from my contact.tpl, etc. and knowledgebase articles can have there own descriptions... Thanks,

I have 3.8.1 and I had this same problem. I noticed that one of my Plesk servers in the Configuration -> Servers had lost it's IP addr, and login info (maybe since I've added another server in the list a few weeks ago, which is when the Cron job emails stopped), so, I re-entered the login info and the Cron job runs fine now.

what do you mean you removed the Pipe? we are having the same spam problem "support ticket not opened"

I already had that line in the config file....problem still exists. I've even reinstalled whmcs several times, but no luck.

I have whmcs 3.51 installed on Plesk 8.2 for Windows and it runs fine. When I installed it on Plesk 8.3, the Client page comes up blank and the Admin center of page is blank. The install worked fine. Also, there are several wrt???.tmp files in the /templates_c folder.

I fixed it, forgot to set Write perms on the folders/files in the install doc.

I've installed the trial ver 3.51 and added a Client and a Product, but can't Add a new order: Choose Client: Jim Smith Don't Send Order Confirmation Email Don't Generate Invoice When I click Continue it puts me back to same page. OS: Win 2003, Plesk 8.2

I am new to WHM and want to try the trial on my Windows 2003 srv. I already have Plesk 8.2 for Win installed w/ PHP and MySql. Will this work? If so, where can I find instructions for this? thanks.
