Hi there, After getting hacked last week and now using stronger whm passwords it seems whmcs wont create accounts with passes up to 12 character long.. is it us or our settings? any help?

but remmeber, whmcs doesnt actuall Make you read it, you can just check the box..

I want to say the staff here rock!, as we have been dealing with our own issues. we have had to ask Matt and Joe for help several times this week and they have been very helpful and their response time for the past week was just Unbelievable, We really have never had web customer service like that. Any way, If your concerned about purchasing whmcs,..You shouldn't be We have been satisfied customers for almost a year now! Its just simple...whmcs is worth it! yup indeed

it wasn't a real ssl issue it was our provider, they didn't know how to set it up,lol we had to do it for them.. that why we are independent now.. Thanks matt if you are having problems you must upload your certificates to your bin in your directory

add /home/yourfolder/wherethe/.pem file is like /home/hostingsite/paymentgateways/your.pem make sence?

you can change it to 777 , but now the world knows, sory

they use linkpoint not fun to setup either..

we havent had any problems with them, we had a heck of a time setting it up though, then after getting ssl installed and all that we , knock on wood, simply process like normal, and they send our funds out within 3 days. (off topic)we just started taking paypal again as they still have 12,000. of ours in a frozen account. hopefully this will all work out. Matt can you please check our site and verify that we are doing things correctly also.. Thanks.. man we have some real smart people in here....love it! peace

I do know how to delete the lines of code to take it off of the template so thats no problem. we haven the files in the right area as instructed. so we still need assistence .. # The credit card details you entered were declined. linkpoint gateway issues requesting start date? Please try a different card or contact support. # We were wondering why we were getting invalid orders, what excatly are the Issue Number Start Date / (MM/YY) Wealso tried deleting the Issue Number Start Date / (MM/YY) from the source and it still gave errors. we need this fixed asap, if we have to pay to have it configged then thats fine.. whmncs team please respond or those who qualify
