Hi John, Well...thats not possible in a prorata system, the domain registration date and the hosting due date never is the same is why we are looking for a way to do this in a prorata billing.

Anyone is having problem with enom today? Domain renewals through WHMCS is working ok but looks like a new domain registration is not working...anyone else?

If is showing a blank screen then you have an error in the code in the template.

After changing the template and save it, it is saying has been saved ok? if there are any error it will let you know.

In the addon section, where you have filled out the product price? Make sure you have selected "One time" in the "Billing Cycle" dropdown, but you have put the price in the "Recurring" field instead the "Setup Fee" one.

This is already available, check at your admin panel --> Setup ---> Automation setting. Is in the Domain Reminder Settings section.

Hi guys, Wondering how are you working around the free domains that are free every period when the client contract a yearly hosting service with the prorata billing on the 1st? If they signup on the...lets say 10th of the month and the next hosting due date will be the 1st but the domain renewal date for free will be on 10th? Thanx in advance!

Thanx for the comment. The reason that im thinking is because in anniversary the system generate the invoice for the hosting + free domain, if is paid the domain is renewed. In the prorata how it handle that if the domain and the hosting due date do not match? if someone signup for hosting on the 20th and you have prorata date on 1st, next period you have the risk the people get the domain renewed for free without paying the hosting.

We are thinking to switch from aniversary to prorata but wondering how to work out the free domains thingy. Also are there any easy way in the switch or this continue being manual work? Any idea? Im on Version: 3.7.2 so im not sure if this has been fixed in the new versions after this. When you use the DNS management section in the domain area, if you fill out a " (is used when you need to add an SPF record this is not working because instead to pass this variable as a " is passing as a &quot. Im using Enom, so the way to test this is just add an spf record through whmcs or just put a "something" between quotes and then go to the Enom panel and you will see it as &quote something &quote. Thanx!

Not a good idea...keep in mind ID protection keep an independent date different to the domain renewal date....so you will always end up having different due dates....the only solution is have a different date management for ID protection, or expect Matt add the id protection as an addon or something else.
