Hey friends,

Is there a way to remove the quantity (QTY) selector from the Review & Checkout page for OX App Suite (Market Connect)?  On more than one occasion, clients have added multiple qty thinking they are adding multiple available email addresses to a new OX App Suite account.  Has happened enough to be annoying.  It makes no sense to offer QTY at this stage in the checkout process if there is no QTY required more than "1".  All additional "Available Email Accounts" are to be added post-checkout from within the OX App Suite management page on the client side.
