ROQ
Hi guys, I've been having issues with payments coming in but invoices not being credited. Looking further into this I've noticed that on auto renew products (I use PayPal) on some clients "Next Due Date" it has drifted a bit from the "Next Payment Date" noted in the "Get Subscription Info" box. Is there a way to automatically sync Next Payment dates to Next Due Date so the invoice get created on the correct date?
WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted yesterday at 09:31 AM WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted yesterday at 09:31 AM Hi @ROQ, PayPal don't allow the payment date of their Subscriptions to be changed. For more flexibility we recommend our latest PayPal Payments module which let's you charge on-demand: https://docs.whmcs.com/payments/payment-gateway-modules/paypal-payments/ That said, the system will still credit the Client's account for the PayPal subscription if there's no unpaid invoice for the service. This way you can use the credit to pay the next invoice when generated.
ROQ Posted yesterday at 09:57 AM Author Share Posted yesterday at 09:57 AM Thanks, but I'm not looking to change the PayPal subscription date but rather to sync that date with the next due date on WHMCS.
WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted 19 hours ago WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted 19 hours ago @ROQ, The Next Due Date would need to be changed by hand. You can also invoice the client for the difference: https://docs.whmcs.com/billing-and-invoicing/invoicing-tutorials/create-a-prorata-invoice/
