zitu4life
Now got this Unable to complete incremental updates: Unable to import the 8.12.0 database file. Unable to import /home/my_folder_name/public_html/resources/sql/upgrade8120release1.sql: SQLSTATE[42S22]: Column not found: 1054 Unknown column 'upsell_from_products' in 'tblhosting' I suspect this issue is related to fact I did not upgrade to 8.12 before going to 8.13, if that is the case WHMCS needs to adress this before General public release of v8.13 Edited May 9, 2025 by zitu4life

WHMCS Product Manager WHMCS John Posted May 10, 2025 WHMCS Product Manager Share Posted May 10, 2025 Hi @zitu4life, I've tested an auto-update from 8.11 to 8.13 and it completed successfully. These errors indicate that the schema modifications for 8.12 weren't completed. To recover from this position I recommend: Restore your pre-upgrade database backup Download the 8.13.0 full release zip file from https://download.whmcs.com Upload and unzip the files, ensuring all files extract successfully, paying particular attention to the /resources/sql/upgrade8120rc1.sql and upgrade8120beta1.sql files. Then visit /install/install.php to run the update script.
