Damo
Is whmcsservices.com still operating in providing WHMCS development? Their help desk has stopped responding and there a few of us ( all customers ) that are concerned that after the recent notice of compromised code in their modules that they have just closed and packed up.

Damo
I sent a DM as requested and have still not received a reply to the ticket. My ticket on your site has been open for two weeks without a reply. Please provide support.
R-n-R
Just an update on this. Since they activated email 2FA on their site, we cannot log in lately. I have attempted several times in the past several weeks to get in contact with them to see what the sending email address is for their 2FA. That would allow me to check our Proofpoint Email protection to whitelist their email. I have told them this several times when I attempted to reply to their Contact form (which is a WHMCS Ticket), but they keep replying to the ticket and guess what <sigh> I have to get the 2FA email to login</sigh>. After I asked them to reply to me not from their Ticket system but through another way, they just kept replying via the ticket, which I can see (I do not know what they are saying). The problem is I am not getting the 2FA email. Either they don't care or are not reading my message. Folks, this is a Catch-22 situation. Just give me the sending email problem, and it will be solved! I can not update their Add-Ons/modules on our WHMCS, which are now outdated. And that isn't secure. I will remove all of their add-ons and, before I do, make one last reply to their Contact Form (which I can never see their reply because I do not get the 2FA email) to get them to cancel any recurring licenses. If they don't, I will dispute the charges. I have had it. Guys, I learned years ago that any one-man operation isn't a good long-term plan. These kinds of issues will appear. EDITED: I just tried to send one last Contact ticket and can't send, the reCAPTCHA isn't working correctly, after a month of this, I am done with them Edited May 7 by R-n-R

Damo
@R-n-R their 2FA and lack of actual reply content in their reply is a pain in the ar$e, but they do reply eventually. It does seem to be a solo operator with contracted developers. Try contacting him from a different email address providing licence details and hopefully you will get it sorted.

I am logged in, but when I click a link to go anywhere in my account, it just shows me the same page I am on, can't navigate in my account. I will attempt to PM you see if that helps.
