Ill have an question about partnering and pricings

I am searching an partner who can sell verified whmcs license for lower price than whmcs pricings site and wich i can install on an 3rd party webhosting.

Does anyone know wich partners selling this?

There are two channels for WHMCS licenses:

1. Directly via https://www.whmcs.com/pricing/ or  https://www.cpanel.net/products/add-ons/#whmcs

These licenses can be used with any provider.

2.  Via your hosting provider if they're a member of our reseller program.

These licenses can be used exclusively on the provider's servers.

Or via a few (or is it just one?) theme sellers, and that can be used on any server (since they don't offer hosting), AFAIK.
