Can admin change client's ip address (CentOS vps) without knowing it's new root password

I have 2 questions about WHMCS admin area.

1.

Can admin change client's ip address (CentOS vps) without knowing it's new root password & without permission of user?

2.

Can admin update client (CentOS vps) without permission of user?

The functionality depends upon the VPS provisioning module you're using. For example with the SolusVM module, this is possible.

It seems they are using SolusVM module. 

How can i disable their illegal access to my vps?

VB? Who said anything about Visual Basic (assuming) or Vbulletin, or....

And 16 or 6,000 posts, a reply is a reply that could very well be valid. In this case, it may well be the best answer.
