[RESOLVED]360 Monitoring - Service Degradation - Pro, Business, Enterprise

WHMCS has been made aware by 360 Monitoring of a service degradation affecting  Pro, Business and Enterprise plans.

Clients placing new order for these plans may find they are limited to the "Lite" trial services, and see messages prompting they Upgrade to Pro.

The issue has been escalated to the 360 Monitoring team for investigation and resolution.

In the meantime 360 Monitoring support can manually correct the features for affected clients. Please contact MarketConnect support with your Order Number to arrange this.

The 360 Monitoring team have advised that a fix was deployed at 12:17 UTC on 31st May 2023.

We have tested and confirmed that plan limits are once again being correctly assigned on new orders placed after this time. Therefore we are closing this notice.
