It's there initially and appears as it's been setup but if it's deleted for whatever reason, it does not come back. If you refresh the ticket then you can briefly see it flash on the page. If you exit the ticket and go back in then it still does not appear. Of course we can manually type it again but just wondering why this would be happening. Using the latest version of WHMCS.
