Hello Everyone,

I have been having issue with .ng domain Extension seach, our module is connected and comunicating to the .ng registry because we can get EPP code, we can change name servers etc but only searching the whois database that shows not available even if the domain is available.
I further investigate i realise whoils output is showing:

WHOIS Output

---Your request could not be performed. Lookup quota exceeded.

Can someone help me to solve this issue?
Thanks

It means they have banned your server IP for further queries because you have exceeded the limit. It's not really a problem with WHMCS but the Whois server you are using for .ng queries.

I wouldn't say banned, more so they probably have a limit of lookups allowed per IP address per day that murtala exceeded.
