Blank index page

no1uno

Question

Hi

I just installed the trial for testing and when I browse to the index page I get a blank page? It installed with no problems and I can get into the admin area.

The only configuration I have done is create a client; nothing else, no products, no payment gateways, etc.

Do I need to configure more before I can see the index page?

Cheers

You should not have anything else to configure. The blank is on the client side, the "main" one of your public site ? Your server's log file should give you precise infos on the error, or you can add an instruction to your config file to temporarily display errors details.

Make sure you have a templates_c folder and that it is writeable

I'm having a similar problem. However, my installation was working for a few days until yesterday. The main client area page is displaying, but all other client pages are blank.

I can login to the admin area, but most of the admin pages only return partial HTML. I see the header, tops menus, left navigation and that's it.

templates_c/ is writeable

CURL is enabled

IonCube is enabled

The only files in the templates_c/ folder are for the header, homepage, and footer. No other files exist there...

Any ideas?
