joannainmedia Posted October 10, 2022 Share Posted October 10, 2022 Hi All I have been trying to Add an existing domain manually to our clients - ie importing our clients data for the first time to be able to use the software going forward but it is not transfer over to the Domains tab is there a reason for this? i have followed all of your but it is not working is there something i am doing wrong. PUQ Posted October 21, 2022 Share Posted October 21, 2022 Hi, from what I know - You cant move domains from one client to another ( in WHMCS) as registrars watch for domain owner. So You need to do this in registrar additionally. I am not sure I follow Your question but if you dont configure prices doe domains You can have issue with domain adding.
