Card payment redirection

please i need help, each time a user tries paying with card, after filling the card details and being debit from the payment getway that shows your payment was successful, the redirection to client arear after payment successful shows 404 error and page not found, please how can i resolve this

hello 

Card payments module, unfortunately I can't share a url now, this usually occurs when a user use cards payment system after successful transaction the redirect page shows 404 error, let's say for example you buy a domain and then you tried paying with card it will take you to check out where you enter your card details and then you will get debited and it will write payment successful, during that process it supposed to redirect you back to client area but it will show 404 erorrr

The questions was which payment module you are using (name, vendor etc).

If it’s third party, then I doubt that this is the right place to get the help you need…

But again, with no information, we cannot guess. Please share more information.
