Hey team,

I have tried to open a new support ticket THREE times today, and they don't seem to be working!

Once I hit Submit Ticket,  nothing shows up under Open Tickets.

I just replied to an old ticket to see if I can get a reply?

Thanks for any insight!!!

Hi there,

I can confirm that our systems are fully operational and no reported outages in the past 24 hours. We are currently receiving support tickets via https://www.whmcs.com/submit-a-ticket/

If your license is provided by a reseller, please use https://www.whmcs.com/submit-a-ticket-reseller/

Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr....

On my FIFTH attempt to open a ticket, it worked.  Why?

I did NOT attempt to attach any screen shots!   When I tried to open a ticket with screen shots attached, the ticket would not OPEN!!!

I did NOT get any error messages either.  Can you please investigate what the issue could be??

Ticket that did open:  #BQR-898397

Thanks for looking into this...

-Joe

Hi @rivermobster,

Thanks for bearing with me whilst I researched the matter.

Currently the largest attachment which our helpdesk will accept in a single request is 8MB, which is why you were able to submit the 3 images between 2.2MB and 4MB individually, but not all at once.

I've raised this matter with our website team to be addressed, so that users will get an explanation message instead of being returned to the beginning.

In the meantime please keep total attachments on a single message below 8MB.

Thanks for taking the time to report your experience and for the follow-ups via PM.
