Remitur
If users try to register premium Domains (https://docs.whmcs.com/Premium_Domains) using standard form, Premium Domains are managed rightly and the right premium fee is proposed. But it may happen that: - a user look for a non-Premium domains - and namespinning proposes also premium domains, but at the standard price instead than the premium fee. Example: - try a lookup of weo.top (it's premium): it will be offered at premium price - try a lookup for weo.company (it's not Premium). it wil be offered at standard price - but after looking for weo.company, namespinning, with other "suggested domains" will give also weo.top at standard price.. . and user will be able to insert it into cart at standard price! Suggested Fix: in namespinning check if a domain is premium before inserting it into "suggested domains" ...
WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted August 15, 2022 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted August 15, 2022 Hi @Remitur, Which Lookup Provider do you have selected, please? To help ensure the best consistency we recommend selecting your domain registrar as lookup provider. This way the availability of Premium domains in the suggestions should match the pricing. If that's already the case, then your registrar's lookup API is suggesting premium domains at the regular price.
