Unable to Register domain names with Reseller account using Modulesgarden

I am trying to get domain names accepted when ordered on my site with a whmcs reseller account connected a domain registrar using ModulesGarden Reseller module.

Everything seems to be configured properly because it worked fine with the previous registrar using the same modulesgarden module but now the domain names do not get registered with this new registrar and I get this error when I try to approve the domain name manually in WHMCS:

 

cURL error 52: Empty reply from server (see https://curl.haxx.se/libcurl/c/libcurl-errors.html)
