Lightbox at the bottom of every page

Recommended Posts

Today we upgraded our WHMCS to version 8.3.2 using the automatic updater. Everything went well and we modified our custom theme to reflect changes in Six.

However, we notice at the bottom of every page (admin pages and client area pages) there is a lightbox constantly loading and there is no way to get rid of it (see screenshot for admin area). For some pages it even blocks the correct rendering.

We contacted WHMCS Support, but despite increasing their prices, they refused to help (they just said to re-install WHMCS). We already overwrote the typical folders like admin, assets, vendor etc. but the problem remains.

Any ideas how to have this fixed?

Hello

I am replying to this thread to follow it - as I have only just noticed this issue too..... I thought maybe we had found a new bug.

On the one hand, I am pleased to see there is something on here about this issue, but on the other hand - I am concerned this issue has been around since 2021 !

The easiest way I have found to solve it, is to add a page rule in CF:  Similar to :

URL (required)

https://example.com/whmcs/*

Then the settings are:

Pick a Setting (required)

Rocket Loader:  X       (Off )
